Details
We aim to dispatch all orders within 7 working days, but please do allow up to
28 days for shipment. You will be emailed once your goods have been shipped with
any relavent consignment number. |

parcels depending upon weight. All delivery costs are fixed no

check the staus of your shipment at least one attempt at delivery has to have
been made by the Post Office; if this is the case do click on the Royal Mail logo
opposite and enter the 13 digit reference number as provided in your dispatch
email. If the item was sent by standard parcels (heavy items) please note that
this is not traceable directly, and you should contact us if your order has not
arrived after 15 working days so that we can issue a full trace with the Post
Office. |  |
Please do check
the status before contacting us as 99% of the time the Post Office have attempted
delivery and your package is awaiting collection. Note: if this is the case you
should have been posted a card indicating such. Christmas
ordering: please order as soon as possible to avoid delay! Last day for guaranteed
Christmas delivery if the 10th of December. Please do allow extra time for your
order to be delivered around Christmas, as it can take up to double the stated
times as above.
UK customers please note: delivery can take up to 15
working days, as the post office state that first can post can take up to this
amount of time to arive. If your package has not arrived after the 15 day period
please do contact us straight away, so that we can make arrangements for your
order to be re-shipped and make a claim with the post office for non delivery
of goods.
